http://www.lcra.org This aerial video shows the effects of the continuing drought in Central Texas. The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) shot this video over Lake Travis, one of the two reservoirs for the region, on Nov. 8. The lake was 35 percent full at the time. Despite recent floods in the Austin area, not much rain fell in the Highland Lakes watershed; therefore, the Central Texas drought remains severe.
